Mileage policies vary depending on the rental agreement. We offer both unlimited and limited mileage options. Please specify your preference when booking, and consult your rental agreement for details on any mileage restrictions or surcharges.
Renters are expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid additional charges. Alternatively, you can choose to prepay for fuel at the time of rental.
Yes, additional drivers are permitted, provided they meet all rental requirements. There may be a fee for each additional driver, which is disclosed at the time of rental.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, please contact us immediately using the emergency contact number provided in your rental agreement. We will guide you through the process of reporting the incident and arrange for roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle as needed.
Yes, we offer a variety of insurance options to protect you during the rental period. Options include collision damage waiver. Please inquire at the time of rental for more details on coverage and pricing.
To extend your rental period, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
Pets are allowed in our vehicles but must be contained in appropriate carriers during the journey. Please note that renters are responsible for any damage or cleaning fees resulting from pets in the vehicle.
